What's New

Finding the perfect house

Location, location, location. Whether  you are an investor or looking for a good house for yourself, this is the primary consideration. Location is the one thing that can not be changed. Houses can be up-dated,added to painted etc--but they will always be where they are.Think about things like noise, convenience to stores, schools, etc. Is there pride of ownership apparent in the surrounding properties? What about the lot? Will it accommodate your outdoor needs? Do you think you might want to add a pool in the future? If so ,check the location of the septic system.
